Warranty / Return Policy
We understand that sometimes you might need to return or warranty one of our products. To initiate a warranty claim or return, please email support@acerbis.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please do not return any merchandise without first emailing us. It is helpful for you to have proof of purchase and or an order number in your email.
Any returns sent without an RA number displayed on the package will be refused and returned to the sender. All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging and in new/re-sellable condition. Acerbis reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is deemed used, scratched, or is not in a re-sellable condition.
